... for making us feel so welcome. We had a great morning in one of our most westerly communities. The social sector board has held the first Yarning Circle.
We've talked to many members of the community, visitors and other stall holders. It was also great to have conversations amongst us sector board members - not in council chambers, but 'embedded' in one of our communities. We've had many good conversations, discussed opportunities and forged many connections.
Our way of reporting and documenting the day is through images. We've captured snap shots of members of this community with their wishes - some off the cuff, some more profound. We are really excited about the power of the images. The social sector board is about real people, real communities, not just figures and statistics.
