Noosa Biosphere on Community Radio is starting 5th Feb 2010.  The new show, called Voices of the Biosphere is planned as a weekly one hour magazine style radio program.  Presented at 11am each Friday in partnership with Noosa Community Radio 101.3 FM, the program aims to inform, discuss and educate listeners about current biosphere reserve activity and issues.

A number of people are undertaking the required training to be program host / presenters. I will host the first block of programs and along with quests and current affairs content I hope to provide contemporary persectives on issues in our biosphere. Over time we will rotate hosts / presenters and bring you music and informed debate. Each week we will interview people involved with the Noosa biosphere for their thoughts and approach to all things biosphere.

None of us are professional radio people so I am sure there will be some fun glitches and muck-ups until we get both the content balance right and learn to be live on-air with a listening audience.
